All Ages, Anxiety, Stress, Coping Skills, Mindfulness
Life is complex and can be overwhelming. I understand the challenges that come with day-to- day life and that seeking support can be difficult. I acknowledge and admire your strength in taking the first step to getting this support. Through a person-centred, empathetic approach, I hope to create a safe, non-judgemental space to work through the challenges you are facing.
I am an MACP student/candidate and Registered Practitioner (Qualifying). Before this journey, I earned my Bachelor of Arts degree in Child and Youth Studies. I work with children and adolescents to work through various personal challenges such as stress, anxiety, depression, and/or relational issues.
I practice through a solution-focused, person-centred lens, with integration of other modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Narrative Therapy. Each individual is complex and unique in their own way; therefore, I want to ensure your therapeutic process is personalized to you.
I believe that one of the most important aspects of the therapeutic process is the therapeutic relationship. I will work to ensure your comfort and the establishment and maintenance of mutual respect throughout our time together. I strive to help others, providing support in a respectful and compassionate manner.

Does your mind ever feel like it won’t slow down, replaying conversations, doubting yourself, or worrying about what’s next? You give so much to everyone else, yet when it comes to yourself, you wonder… Where do I even start? Maybe it feels like you’re just going through the motions, barely making it through each day. It doesn’t have to stay this way and things can get better. Something brought you here and that matters, that’s a beginning.
Together, we won’t settle for quick fixes or surface-level solutions. We’ll work toward shifting how you experience yourself, others, and the world around you. Therapy is a space to reconnect with yourself, so you can move forward with insight, self-compassion, and confidence.
My goal is to support you in trusting your decisions, feeling more at home with who you are, and building the resilience to face life’s uncertainties. With me, you’ll have the space to explore what keeps you stuck, question beliefs that no longer serve you, and discover new ways of being that feel true to who you are and who you want to be.
I take a warm, conversational approach, creating a space where you feel genuinely heard and understood. Starting therapy can feel intimidating, so I focus on making it an authentic, collaborative process, moving at a pace that feels right for you.
As we go one step at a time, clarity grows, trust builds, and real change begins to happen. You don’t need to have it all figured out; you just need a place to begin.

Couples, Individuals 16+, ADHD, Attachment Challenges, Coping Skills, Childhood Abuse, Intimate Partner Abuse
I am a Registered Psychotherapist (qualifying) and an Athabasca University graduate with a Master’s degree in Counselling. Over the past ten years, I have volunteered and worked with a wide range of diverse individuals, particularly those in marginalized populations of all ages. I have ample experience in working to understand each individual’s unique experiences in hopes of best supporting them to meet their goals.
Many of my clients come to me because they feel their mental health is getting in the way of daily life and relationships, and often just don’t feel like they are living the life they want. Together we will explore your past and present thoughts, feelings, and relationships to better understand your unique experience. I can be there to help you build strategies, or just to listen – therapy is your time, and you have control in every step of the process. I work mostly from an EFT perspective, while pulling techniques from a variety of modalities such as ACT, CBT, SFT and attachment based. I work with clients with challenges such as anxiety, ADHD, depression, coping strategies, stress management and challenges in relationship. I welcome a diverse range of clients, including but not limited to those from LGBTQ+ communities in both individual and couples work.
A quote I always have in mind when I enter the therapy room is, “This too shall pass.” By considering this, we remember that no challenge or feeling is permanent despite what our minds might tell us. However, it also reminds us to cherish what we have because every day is precious. Going to therapy means you’re committing to work through those tough days, but also aspiring to live every day in alignment with your values.
It can be hard to find a therapist that fits you, but the search is worth it. Reach out today for a free consultation to see if we’re a good match.

I received my Master’s of Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University. But that’s just the piece of paper that allowed me to do what I wanted for many years. I work as a Registered Psychotherapist with individual children, adolescents, and adults. My main area of focus is complex trauma which can include anxiety, depression, panic, chronic pain, among others. I approach all my work from a relationship-oriented lens.
The late Maya Angelou said, “My mission in life is not merely to survive, but to thrive; and to do so with some passion, some compassion, some humor, and some style.” This is one of the driving forces I have when working as a therapist. I hope to help individuals move from their current state to live life with greater freedom and hopefully move towards living a full life. I do this by building a relationship with each client and helping them uncover their own potential.
I draw from different modalities depending on what is needed. Among other approaches, I apply Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Interoceptive Exposure Therapy and Attachment Theory. Making the choice to take the step to reach out and ask for help can take great courage. I endeavour to respond to that courage with a genuine interest in meeting you wherever you are in your life and walk with you towards healing. I consider it my sincere privilege and honour to be trusted with details about your life. I am here to listen. I look forward to hearing from you.
